  • If I could give this developer zero stars I would. Same project was launched in Feb 2017 and was cancelled 1.5 years later after developer failed to have a restrictive covenant reversed. This covenant was not mentioned to buyers on the purchase agreement. Developer held down payments for 1.5 years all while they did not even have the right to be building residential property on this land. Can not trust this developer. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY. 
  • The developer of this project is currently being sued by 450+ investors for cancelling the same project which he sold in Feb 2016. the project was called Icona and sold by Gupta Group. Google search it and be aware, do your homework on this developer and this location before you invest in this project.
