      Subway ,LRT, WITH A WALK SCORE OF MORE THAN 90
      Builder just released 31-33 floor and I think it's cheaper
      To get something in this instead of wasting your money in some other projects,

      Freed development they've done some great projects in the past and usually they are selling better than other developments
