    • I just took possession of my new 2 bed / 2 bath condo at 150 Redpath. Across the street, 155 Redpath is the sister building condo residences. The building is flush with a host of amenities including outdoor pool / cabanas, spa and a full patio equipped with BBQs, full stocked gym, and party rooms for booking larger venues. There will be a 24 hour restaurant on the main floor for easy access to takeout and the option to eat-in. The buildings main location near Yonge and Eglington, affords this residence all lifestyle amenities within walking distance - Grocery stores, subway, restaurants, movie theatres, wellness services and a host of high end shops. LRT will be at my front door soon. The building itself is in the final throws of finishing details which look sleek and modern. There's many elements to love about my new suite but what captures you first and foremost is the floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking view of the city and the lake (priceless). The suite is built with European appliances and high end finishes in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout incorporates clean architectural lines and the space is highly functional. Overall, the Freed staff have been helpful with all requests or concerns that have come up. The entire experience has been exceptional and I would recommend them for both value and service.
